Don't really know what's going on here? Are they really inserting dollar bills into the covers of forthcoming VMAN issues that will have Kanye on the cover? If so, why? Kind of confused. Is it because Kanye is into Pop Art? Or maybe it's just starting to feel like Kanye is the kid on the playground that will do anything to get attention and be liked.
