You know who else wrote about hanging out and watching TV? Green Day. Also Black Flag, but that was more tongue in cheek. Either way, Nathan Williams and the rest of Wavves are in good company, which is also what we'd say if no one had ever written a song about watching TV ever, because it is winter and TV is great company. Like, did you know that you can watch ALL of Party Down on Netflix Instant Watch? Weekend well spent. Anyway, Williams is now recording a series of new songs to be released whenever and wherever, much like he did between Wavves and Wavvves, and this one is about doing nothing and being okay with it because of TV. The cover art features Carl Winslow from Family Matters, which just makes us want to go home and watch Family Matters, so...mission accomplished?
