London-based singer Denai Moore was last seen lighting up SBTRKT's new album with her soulful vocal, but this week she unleashed the first track from her own upcoming solo EP. "I Swore" is even more of a tear-jerker than her work with the masked Young Turks wizard: heavy on the piano and the marching beat, it's a coming-of-age ballad that turns on the strength of that commanding voice. Look out for Moore's I Swore EP on November 24, and a debut album on Because Music in early 2015.
