Columbia Records has not issued a release or commented either way.

HipHopNMore points to this Hits Daily Double report, which indicates that Dej Loaf has signed with Columbia Records. HipHopNMore's report claims the label is servicing the Detroit rapper's sweeping breakout hit "Try Me" to radio—on iTunes, the song is still credited to Detroit imprint IBGM.

When asked to confirm the report, Columbia said to FADER: "Columbia Records has not issued a release or commented either way." The label is currently home to the likes of Beyoncé, Raury, Pharrell, and Wet.

If Dej has signed, it may be a good deal. Where the fuck these labels at, they should've been called, she raps on "Try Me" b-side "We Good." If they ain't talkin a couple mil, then they can just forget it, fam.

Meanwhile, Dej is back in the studio and keeping it real with regards to her new star status. On October 15, she wrote on Twitter:
