Men's fashion can be criminally repetitive, but Topman's risk-taking spring lookbook is a breath of fresh air: short culottes, brazen printed suits, separates that play with proportion and toe the line between menswear and womenswear. Topman plays with gender ambiguity in the lookbook itself, having both a male and female model showing off the nehru jackets and '70-style flare trousers. There's a lot of vibes and styles mixed together here, but there's a true Inherent Vice/ Big Lebowski vibe that comes through strongest, like, clothes for the thrifty beach bum who's often tangled up in trouble.
