UPDATE 2/18/2015, 1:43pm: Supreme has released an exclusive video that combines archive concert footage with an interview where Young talks about the importance of youths staying woke and making change.

The story of aging musicians is sad and singular: you shine, you fade, you're gone. But fashion, praisers of all things youthful, has been casting its eye on living legends this seasons. Joan Didion for Celine; Erykah Badu for Givenchy; Joni Mitchell for Saint Laurent. And now, Supreme, global purveyors of street style have tapped Neil Young, legendary songwriter and musician. And while most kids have no clue who Paul McCartney is—hell, even Missy Elliot—Supreme and V-Files' first lady, Danielle Greco bka Thugs Bunnny, will make sure everyone gets up to speed. See the shirt featuring Young over at Supreme's website, and the campaign images popping up as posters all over New York.
