At a show in Los Angeles Thursday night, Vic Mensa let off two brand new tracks which may find their way onto his upcoming debut record Traffic. "No Chill," produced by Skrillex, contains more of the orchestral aggression from Mensa's current single "U Mad" rather than the straight dubstep the producer has brought to another rapper. But as the crowd demonstrates, it's just as room-conquering and instantly catchy. "3AM" marks the return of the Mensa croon that made "Wolves" so haunting, used here for another doleful tale of debauchery. Strong post-Yeezus/House of Balloons vibes on that one.
