Spanning 11-tracks, it features contributions from Childish Gambino, Starslinger, and Michael Uzowuru; tough, toothy rhymes and cute choruses; and of course, an infinitude of good vibes and real talk. “Posi+ive is a word that means a lot to me," Babeo told The FADER, via email. "I have clung onto positivity in times of despair, in times I did not think I would make it to the next day. I took my hands in their weakness and I rung out every bit of positivity in my body and I held it close so when it was hard I didn’t give up, I took those same two hands and I have built something for myself that I can be proud of and it grows bigger every day. Posi+ive is more than a mixtape, Posi+ive is me finally being honest with myself.”
