Toronto bedroom producer River Tiber has been quietly peddling in the big leagues for a minute now—among those who have dipped into his catalog for sounds and samples are Drake ("No Tellin'"), PartyNextDoor ("Kehlani's Song"), and Travi$ Scott's Rodeo ("Oh My Dis Side"). And so while his name might still be new to most, Tiber's rich production and pregnant vocals will likely be familiar by the time he drops his When the Time Is Right EP on September 16. Today he's shared a new song off that project, "Let You Go," a song thick with longing and apparently inspired by a great American roadtrip. "This song is about the paradox of desire," he told The FADER. "I wrote it when I was on the road in America reading On The Road." Listen below.
