Janet Jackson’s Unbreakable Debuts At No. 1 On Billboard 200

Her latest chart-topper makes her the third act in history to have a number one album in each of the last four decades.

Janet Jackson released her eleventh full-length album Unbreakable on October 2nd, and today Billboard reports that the album will debut at the top of their top 200 albums chart. It's another big moment for the icon, who now is one of the few artists who have achieved a number one album in each of the past four decades ('80s, '90s, '00s, '10s), a distinction that she shares only with Barbara Streisand and Bruce Springsteen.
