Jamie Foxx Totally Stole The Golden Globes

From calling out Quentin Tarantino to being an early contender for Dad Of The Year.

January 10, 2016

The 73rd annual Golden Globes Awards were tonight, and while nobody particularly stole the show on the red carpet (except perhaps Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and his velvet jacket), Jamie Foxx pulled no punches every time he popped up during the televised ceremony.

Presenting the award for Best Original Score, Foxx shouted out the un-nominated Straight Outta Compton, and poked a bit of fun at Steve Harvey along the way...
This happened right before Quentin Tarantino called the film scoring world "ghetto" during his acceptance speech on Ennio Morricone's behalf.
Which everyone on Twitter knew was dumb and bad.
But right afterwards, Jamie got right back up to the mic for the one word clapback.
And with barely a pause, Foxx then went into a wonderful speech about this year's Miss Golden Globe, his daughter Corinne Foxx.
Who, by the way, is pretty perfect.
At the end of it all, one tweet summed it up perfectly:
