Ahead of the release of his excellent Shapeshifter album on pink vinyl (order it here), Manila artist Eyedress is debuting not one but two new videos today. The clips for "Danger There" and "Sports" couldn't be more different—one's a hazy shoot in an art gallery and the other's a hypnotic collage—but they both showcase a young rapper roaming free over Eyedress' rolling, mellow beats.

Blazing anthem "Danger There" features local Manila rapper Ankhten Brown: "This song for me is a reflection of facing fears head on and seeing thru lies, truth, and misleading temptations, which is always around every corner in life," he told The FADER.

The slightly more uptempo "Sports" was co-produced by Ratking's Sporting Life. "He gave me some stem files to work with back when I was in London in 2014 which I used to create the beat for this track," Eyedress told The FADER. "The way I cut up these samples, I was trying to do like some Digable Planets shit if they were on some punk shit." U.K. rapper ThisIsDA's provides the track's narrative: "It covers my current life situation about being broke, getting high on pills and taking things as they come. Also I like to drop some conscious content in there just to even out the ignorance." Tune in below.
