Drake wrapped up his night hosting SNL with a small sartorial surprise. He came out to the group hug and goodbyes rocking a grey letterman jacket with "SNL" on his chest. Roots, who has had a few collaborations with October's Very Own in the past, quickly claimed responsibility for the jacket on Twitter.
