Drake's probably got a few loonies burning holes in his pocket after Views went platinum in a week, so it makes sense that the rapper has big plans for his new mansion in Toronto's ritzy Bridle Path neighborhood. The astounding designs for the home are by Ferris Rafauli, the "iconic designer of luxury" behind Sher Club, Drake's private club in Toronto's Air Canada Centre stadium.

The full plans for the house — which Drake briefly talked about in his April 28 interview with Zane Lowe — were discovered by The Globe and Mail, and they include:

— A 44-foot-by-94-foot basketball court
— A gym
— A spa and tub retreat with a massage room
— A bar with special areas for “chilled champagne” and “chilled wine”
— Rooms for "important artifacts"
— A jersey museum
— Five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms
— A piano room
— A 34 meter (111 foot) driveway
— A pool in the basement
— A rooftop terrace with a hot tub

The two acre property the mansion will be built on was purchased for $6.7 million CAD in September 2015. Drake also owns a mansion in Calabasas, California, near the homes of Kanye West and the Kardashians.

Drake's team are applying for exemptions to certain city codes to realize the house's design. The maximum height for houses in that area is 11 meters, while Drake's is proposed to stand at nearly 17. In addition, the 34 meter driveway is much, much bigger than the legal limit of 11 meters. Drake's future neighbors will include notable Canadians such as folk musician Gordon Lightfoot, and former media baron Conrad Black.

In response to an email from The FADER, Drake's team declined to comment.
