James Harden signed a $200m deal with Adidas in 2015 and is in the process of creating his own signature sneaker for the brand right now. He gave a brief interview to Sole Collector about that, plus his future plans with fellow Adidas beneficiary Kanye West. The Houston Rockets shooting guard confirmed that he wants to "Shake up the shoe game" with Yeezy in the future.

"I’ve been in the studio with him a couple times. He’s a really nice guy. He’s his own person. He’s very creative and he knows what he wants," Harden said. "Down the line, we’ll definitely collab on a sneaker. He’s never done a basketball shoe before, so that would shake up the shoe game a little bit." Earlier this year Kanye announced he had joined a "historic partnership" with the German brand.
