Kesha is about to head on tour with her new band The Creepies, and performed at an event for Gabby Giffords' Americans for Responsible Solutions PAC on July 26. During her performance at Philadelphia's Theater of Living Arts she took the opportunity to speak out on gun control in America, as well as her own ongoing lawsuit with producer Dr. Luke. "I feel like if you're a human being, you go through pain, and you go through hurt," Kesha said. "And every single one of us knows that emotion. I don't know if you guys know what I am going through. I'm going through a lawsuit. It's fucking horrible. We as a nation, we can't control who feels hurt. You can't control every single person and know how they're gonna deal with things and know if they're gonna pick up a weapon." Check out the footage above.
