Faith Evans is reportedly being sued by an Atlanta-based promoter. TMZ reports that Jeremy Hill alleges that Hill backed out of a solo show at the Wolf Creek Amphitheater scheduled for September 10 in favor of performing on the Bad Boy reunion tour in Atlanta on September 8. Hill reportedly paid Hill $17,500 and had her sign a contract that stated she could not perform within a 100 mile radius of Atlanta for six months after the show, something the Bad Boy show violates. Hill is seeking $100,000 and also hopes to stop Evans from performing at the Bad Boy show on September 8. The FADER has reached out to a representative for Faith Evans for comment.
