The Los Angeles Police Department is investigating a report that Chris Brown threatened a woman with a weapon earlier Tuesday at his California home, according to Buzzfeed News. The site was told by a LAPD spokesperson that the Homicide Division was leading the investigation. A call was placed to 911 at 3 AM by a woman saying Brown had pointed a gun at her during an argument.
According to TMZ authorities are attempting to obtain a search warrant but have recovered a duffel bag that was thrown out of the home. It is reported to have contained weapons and drugs.
Brown has been posting to Instagram today while police are outside his home and is not happy. He blames "the news" for making the situation worse and shouts "Black Lives Matter" and "Fuck the police." Check those out below.

Update (8/30 8:37 p.m. EST): Chris Brown has been arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, after LAPD officers served a search warrant at the singer's house on Tuesday afternoon, Buzzfeed News reports.
LAPD officers initially responded to a 911 call from model Baylee Curran, who alleges that Brown pointed a gun at her head after she touched a piece of his jewelry that was up for sale.
Police told Buzzfeed News that Brown was to be booked on charges after being transported to jail. If convicted of the charge, Brown could face up to four years in prison.
Representatives for Chris Brown and the LAPD were not immediately available for comment.
