Feel-good singer R&B singer, ThiDaniel gives the desert a new hue in his new video for "Purple," directed by Lauren Dunn. Sparks fly between him and his lover as they light up in his vintage Mercedes coupe. Boulders and grass go purple as they frolic and explore the landscape hand in hand. Their surreal surroundings mirror their cosmic connection as the two run on a hazy high.

Over email, ThiDaniel told The FADER, "I indulge in fantasy. I find myself fantasizing in ways that are inconsistent with a linear narrative—like a super lit simulation jumbled through love, vibe, color, and nostalgia. This is not an aesthetic video, it's an exploration of vibe. Fuck with me."
