Footage of protests from Standing Rock, to Ferguson, and outside America's borders pepper the post-apocalyptic vision of A Tribe Called Red's music video for "The Virus." Rapper and spoken word poet Saul Williams is inducted in the Halluci Nation, a group of black and Indigenous freedom fighters. This group chooses to battle the foot soldiers of the future with dances, ceremonies, and of course, powwow step. That's A Tribe Called Red's blend of harsh dubstep beats and Native ceremonial songs, provided here by the Chippewa Travellers. Watch the music video for "The Virus" above.
