Kodak Black let loose a new track, "Weatherman" tonight, a collab with Yo Gotti. We just hit a lick for ten bands, says Kodak, but now I need 100 grand. It's his second new song since being released from South Carolina jail on a $100,000 bond.

The song is mostly a flex, but with the 19-year-old rapper facing a sexual assault charge that could land him in prison for 30 years, it's hard not to connect the dots when he and Gotti slip in broader critiques of American institutions: I'm young, black and rich, I know I'm a target, Yo Gotti raps, If I put my hands up, they gon' shoot regardless.
