The Chicken Connoisseur Has Signed A Book Deal

The Chicken Connoisseur blew up online last year when his reviews of London chicken joints went viral. Now he's taking his role as "food critic for the mandem" from YouTube to the written word after signing a book deal with Blink Publishing in the U.K. Real name Elijah Quashie, the Chicken Connoisseur will publish In Search of the Nation's 50 Favourite Chicken Establishments on October 5.

As The Bookseller notes, the 160-page hardback book compiles the top 50 chicken shops across the country, as nominated by the public. A site for fans to suggest their favorite establishments is online now.
