An explosion on Monday night at Ariana Grande's Manchester, U.K. has left 19 dead and at least 50 injured, police are reporting. The police are investigating the incident as a terrorist incident. Following the tragedy Grande tweeted that she was "broken" by what happened. Other artists like Nicki Minaj, Lorde, and John Legend tweeted out their support to the victims.
