Lunice’s Dance Moves In The “Mazerati” Video Will Leave You Cheering

The Montreal producer’s long-awaited solo album is out later this year.

There's gotta be a scene in every You Got Served sequel where an unassuming character explodes with the best dance moves of the entire film. That dancer for today is Lunice in his stunning video for "Mazarati," premiering today on The FADER. The Montreal producer and one-half of TNGHT interprets the slick, thundering track with grace and aggression while in a soundstage, surrounded by and interacting with what looks like fragments of an IKEA showroom. Remember Kanye's "All Day" visuals? Mauries Matos's freeflowing video is a more considered and ambitious sibling of that long-lost clip.

“Dance has always been key in how I approach music," Lunice told The FADER over email. When I started production on 'Mazerati' the notion of how I would perform this track was always at the back of my mind. ’Mazerati’ is a direct product of that conversation: it’s a theatrical roller coaster ride.”

Lunice's solo album CCCLX (360) is out this fall on LuckyMe.
