Drake will donate $200,000 to a Hurricane Harvey relief fundraiser hosted by Houstan Texans player J.J. Watt on YouCaring. The rapper announced his contribution in an Instagram video posted on Thursday, and encouraged viewers to donate what they can.


On Monday, Drake joined celebrities around the world in expressing sympathy and concern for the people of Texas. "Houston has truly been a home to me over the last 8 years," the rapper wrote. Each year, Drake hosts the Houston Appreciation Weekend in the Texas city, the place he credits for launching his career.
