Crystal Castles tour dates cancelled following Alice Glass’s rape and abuse allegations against Ethan Kath

Crystal Castles has cancelled a series of upcoming tour dates in the wake of Alice Glass writing that Ethan Kath raped and sexually assaulted her in a post on her website.

The tour was scheduled to begin on October 24 at The Observatory in Santa Ana, but, in the 24 hours since the release of Glass's written account, multiple venues have announced the cancellation and removed the show from their websites, Stereogum points out.

Voodoo Music Festival in New Orleans, which takes place October 27 through October 29, has also announced that Crystal Castles's set has been cancelled.

A representative for Crystal Castles was not immediately available for comment.
