Yung Lean has released new album Stranger. Scroll down to hear the album now. The 14-track project includes the singles "Red Bottom Sky" and "Hunting My Own Skin." Earlier this week the Swedish artist shared a short film ahead of the album release.

Yung Lean will follow the release of Stranger with a European tour. The run of dates includes U.K. dates at London's Roundhouse and a Manchester show at Albert Hall.
