Steel Banglez is the go-to producer in London right now, with the east Londoner providing his high energy, melodic beats to artists including Dave, Mist, and MoStack this year. Prior to that he worked with both Krept & Konan and Giggs.
He just signed a major label deal to put out music under his own name and "Bad" is his second release. It sees him team up with London MCs MoStack, Not3s, and Yungen, with Mr Eazi joining the party too. The "Bad" video, which captures a hype club night complete with table football, a barber, and lots of liquor, is premiering above.
Speaking to The FADER about his new single, Steel Banglez said: 'Bad’ is a track produced by me and my brother Zeph Ellis. I had a vision to bring together the most successful and unique artists of 2017 on one track. It was great to see such energy and I’m very grateful to all of them, especially MoStack for blessing me again with such a great chorus.
"This is a club banger for the mandem to play for the galdem and a track for the ladies to vibe to with each other. ‘Bad’ is a perfect scenario of a woman who’s part of the gang and is down for the team."
