Mark Hamill shares tribute to Carrie Fisher on the one-year anniversary of her death

The onscreen siblings recently appeared together in Star Wars: The Last Jedi.

One year after her death, Carrie Fisher's longtime Star Wars co-star Mark Hamill posted a tribute to the actress on Twitter. "No one's ever really gone," the actor tweeted alongside two photos of himself and his onscreen twin sister as Luke Skywalker and Leia Organa over the decades. Hamill also included a portrait of Fisher as a religious icon holding her dog Gary drawn by the artist Lindsay Vanek. Fisher passed away at age 60 on December 27, 2016. She appeared alongside Hamill in the newest Star Wars film The Last Jedi.
