Dr. Dre's Detox is one of music's long-awaited albums. Despite being in the works since 2002, it appeared that Dre had moved on from the project after dropping Compton in 2015.
However, as TMZ reports, the rapper and producer responded to a question about the album in a positive manner on Tuesday. Dre was at a Golden State Warriors practice when ESPN's Chris Haynes asked him if his suggestion that Detox would never come out were true.
Dre, standing alongside his Apple Music business partner Jimmy Iovine, responded: "I'm working on a couple songs right now. We'll see."
In 2017 Dre released new song "Gunfire" as part of the documentary series The Defiant Ones.
