In a new interview with Esquire, Shia LaBeouf addressed Kanye's comments about him during a concert in 2016. In a long rant on stage during the Sacramento show, West threw out a request to the actor: "Shia LaBeouf, Kid Cudi feels a way. Give him a call."

“I fucking love Kanye West," LaBeouf told Esquire, saying he tried to reach out to West after that show. "He’s going through a lot. And I don’t know where he’s at or what he’s doing."

Apparently, their lack of communication means West also allegedly has a ton of LaBeouf's clothes, which he obtained for an art project that never seemed to come to fruition. The project came after West rapped “I wish I dressed as fresh as Shia LaBeouf" in an outtake of "No More Parties in L.A." The two got together to discuss art collaborations, and West asked if he could take LaBeouf's clothes for a pop-up shop.

“Around the same time, I took my mother to his concert,” LaBeouf said. “She is, of course, obsessed with Kanye West. When I brought her backstage, he was a fucking sweetheart to her. And it just felt fair. So I’m like, ‘Go for it, my guy. Take everything you want.’ And he did. He took all my fucking clothes."

Kanye was spotted in May wearing Shia's hat. Read the full interview here.
