Khalid stopped by NPR's Tiny Desk to perform a medley of hits from his catalog. The 20-year-old singer kicked off the acoustic performance with a few words before playing "Young Dumb & Broke." Speaking to the crowd in between songs, Khalid also shared a brief story about the making of "Saved."
The song, which was one of the first he ever wrote, was uploaded to SoundCloud and received a random and hateful comment from a user. "I honestly couldn't tell you what that guy is doing with his life but he's not doing this," he said cheekily.
