Kodak Black will reportedly be released from jail early
The rapper could leave the Broward County Jail this summer.
Attorneys for Kodak Black a.k.a. Bill K. Kapri have successfully appealed to shorten the incarcerated rapper's jail sentence, Pitchfork reports – he'll now reportedly be released August 18, 2018, after the judge agreed to recognize 30 days of time served in the Broward County Jail.
Kapri was arrested in January and charged with two counts of probation violation and a string of felonies which were later dropped. Kapri is still currently awaiting trial on sexual battery charges in South Carolina.
