The Oscar-winning director said in a statement that "it was an honor to work with such a legend," referring to Sade. "Sade is an incomparable talent and incredible artist who so rarely releases new material, but luckily the original series of Widows had deeply resonated with her.

The single is Sade's second release of the year, following "Flower of the Universe" off the soundtrack to Ava DuVernay's 2018 adaptation of A Wrinkle In Time.

Viola Davis, Michelle Rodriguez, Daniel Kaluuya, Brian Tyree Henry, Colin Farrell, and more will star in the film. You can catch it in theaters on November 16.
