"Nightcore" is subgenre of music popular on YouTube based around sped-up versions of existing songs. Grimes recently called a nightcore version of "Flesh Without Blood" her "favorite version of the song," and on Tuesday she shared her own nightcore reimagining of her recent single "We Appreciate Power." A new album from Grimes is on the way, and we might also get our hands on a "fantasy novel" from the artist. "I’ve been up since 6 am in China writing a fantasy novel instead of finishing my album" Grimes tweeted before sharing the synopsis:
