The Chicago rap group break down the economics of streaming your music on Instagram Live.

June 12, 2019

It's shaping up more to be the year of the hip hop collective. On top of NYC's Beast Coast and Gucci Gang making waves, Chicago's Pivot Gang released their excellent You Can't Sit With Us album, buoyed by standout track "Studio Ground Rules."

The group —  made up of Saba, Joseph Chilliams, Frsh Waters, MfnMelo, SqueakPIVOT, and daedaePIVOT — broke into two groups to try their collective hand at our Would You Rather series.

This week's questions include:
1. Have Bob Ross open for you on tour vs. Have Will Smith open
2. Record an album with Solange vs. Record an album with Fergie
3. Have Alonzo Harris from Training Day be your manager vs. Have Herman Boone from Remember The Titans manage you
4. Instagram Live every session you have in a studio vs. Every party you go to, someone raps two verses for you
