Guapdad 4000 and Mozzy take over Vegas in the “Scammin” video

Fresh off his features on the new Dreamville album, the Oakland rapper delivers a new visual.

Scam rap never really left but, at the moment, it feels like it's stronger than ever. For the past few years, West Oakland's Guapdad 4000 has been one of the preeminent artists in that lane, telling stories of cracked cards and cryptocurrency finesses with an always colorful vernacular. After multiple feature spots on Dreamville's recent compilation album, Guap returns today with a new video for "Scammin." In the Grant Spanier and Matt Zolly-directed visual, he rides around Vegas with a car full of women all brandishing credit cards, while Mozzy shows up for his guest verse in front of a red-doored motel.

"The Falcon and The Fella Fella had to come together to make a street anthem," Guapdad told The FADER. "This for anyone getting it out the mud. Me and Mozzy had hella fun shooting this video out in Vegas, grabbed a bunch of females and this hotel suite that looked like it was where every big cocaine dealer in the 80's went to ball out. Shout out Matt Zolly & Grant Spanier for bringing my ideas to life. It's a check!"
