Emo-rapper nothing,nowhere. and Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker aren't the unlikeliest of pairs: alternative rock is a key chord in nothing,nowhere's music, and Barker has been making strides in the world of hip-hop this year, touring with Lil Wayne and collaborating on the EP Meet The Drummers. This fall, Barker and nothing,nowhere. will share their own EP titled Bloodlust, and today we're premiering the music video for its first single "Destruction." Shot in ruby red, our introduction to nothing,nowhere. x Travis Barker is shot on a motorbike and on the stage.
“Travis has been a huge influence to me my whole life," nothing,nowhere. wrote in an email. "He is the reason I became interested in tattoos at a young age and was also one of the main reasons I decided to start learning how to play instruments. Working with him was some of the most fun I’ve had making music. It was just an organic process, it reminded me of hanging at a friend’s house when I was younger and just creating to create.”
