Listen to Angel Olsen’s fourth album All Mirrors

All Mirrors is the first half of a two-part project by Angel Olsen.

October 03, 2019

Angel Olsen has released All Mirrors, her follow-up to 2016’s MY WOMAN and 2017’s b-sides and rarities compilation Phases. Released via Jagjaguwar, All Mirrors was led by the cathartic “Lark” and darkly-toned lead single “All Mirrors.” All Mirrors was made with John Congleton, known for his work on much of St. Vincent’s catalogue. Next year will see the release of an acoustic version of the record which was recorded prior to All Mirrors.

Speaking about the album’s title, Olsen said “I chose this one as the title because I liked the theme: the theme of how we are all mirrors to and for each other. Even if that is not all of it, there is always an element of projection in what we’d like to see in people and scenarios and in the way we see ourselves in those scenarios, with those people.” Read our 2019 feature on Angel Olsen here and listen to All Mirrors below.
