In the 13 years that have passed since Aly & AJ last released an album (2007's Insomniatic), one thing has remained consistent — the sisters understand what constitutes a solid pop song. But if you haven't caught up yet, their latest, "Attack of Panic," is a good place to start. Armed with pummeling synths and a colossal hook, it's an contender for their most ambitious work to date.
