You might not have heard of Christian Lee Hutson, but there's a good chance you've heard his songs. The L.A.-born singer-songwriter has been writing songs with Phoebe Bridgers since the two met in 2018, and his co-writes have made it onto boygenius's 2018 debut and Better Oblivion Community Center's self-titled LP from last year. Now, Bridgers is returning the favor, producing Hutson's ANTI- debut Beginners in full.

"Talk," the latest single from the record, is premiering at the top of the page. It's a gentle, introspective song that has Hutson's protagonist trying to get to grips with his family's past as he looks forward to a family of his own. "‘Talk' is the story of a person, on the verge of parenthood, coming to terms with their relationship with their own absent parent,” he wrote in an email to The FADER.
