Watch DZ’s new video for “Help Me Said Self (DAMAGE)”

DZ might be driving a BMW i8, but he hasn't forgotten about his past on his new single "Help Me Said Self (DAMAGE)." He eases the strain on his mental health when he recounts his come-up as he raps over an uplifting beat from Ghostie. The Chris Gonzo-directed video features DZ sharing his story alone, a decision that he explained in an email to The FADER: “I really just tagged myself in on my WWF shit, basically saying you can’t get help without helping yourself.”

DZ, formerly known as Black Zheep DZ, will release his next EP Gutz & Glory on May 21.
