Bullet Train is based on the book of the same name by Japanese author Kotaro Isaka and will be directed by David Leitch of Hobbs & Shaw and Deadpool 2. Boardwalk Empire's Michael Shannon is also set to star in the film. Penguin's website contains a plot synopsis of Isaka's book: "Five assassins find themselves on a bullet train from Tokyo competing for a suitcase full of money."

Bad Bunny is continuing to rack up some high-profile acting credits. He will guest-star in the third season of Netflix's Narcos as Arturo “Kitty” Paez, as well as the Kevin Hart-produced drama American Sole. Bunny's latest album EL ÚLTIMO TOUR DEL MUNDO dropped last month.
