Billie Eilish has shared a video for "Male Fantasy," the closing track from her third studio LP, July's Happier Than Ever, which is nominated for the Album of the Year and Best Pop Vocal Album awards at the 2022 Grammys. Its title track is nominated for Record of the Year, Song of the Year, and Best Solo Pop Performance, and the song's visual treatment is nominated for Best Music Video. Happier Than Ever: A Love Letter To Los Angeles is nominated for Best Music Film.

"Male Fantasy, deals with post-breakup depression and undercuts the callous message of "Happier Than Ever," which comes directly before it on the album. "Home alone, trying not to eat / Distract myself with pornography," she sings, her voice small and trembling, as if she's just cried for hours.

Eilish directed and edited the music video, which is appropriately gloomy. In it, she waders aimlessly through a claustrophobic apartment — staring at the TV, her reflection in the mirror, the contents of the fridge, and the walls around her. Watch it above.
