A raft of individual artists and bands have pulled live shows in Russia this week in response to the invasion. These include Green Day, Russian rapper Oxxxymiron, Nick Cave, HEALTH, Yungblud and Franz Ferdinand among others.

Meanwhile, also on Wednesday, Spotify closed its Russia office indefinitely stating that it “restricted the discoverability of shows owned and operated by Russian state-affiliated media” and “removed all RT and Sputnik content from Spotify in the EU and other markets.”
