MIKE shares new song “Makeda,” announces tour dates

MIKE is about to head out on the road for one of his biggest tours yet, but before then he's serving up a new song called "Makeda." Named after the likely apocryphal Queen of Shiba, the new song sidesteps the mythic for something more reliably MIKE: delivering bars pulled from a diary in his signature drawl over a dusty neo-soul loop. "I've been writing, tryna have fun again," he raps, "They don't like me, never had love for them." Check out the short song's video, filmed at night in a parking lot, below.

In April, MIKE will begin his tour of North America, the United Kingdom, and Europe. He'll perform the stateside dates with Freddie Gibbs, Na-Kal Smith, and Mercury. See all the shows below.
