Smiley has been pumping out a steady stream of music since a 2018 Drake co-sign pushed the Toronto rapper into public view. Last year, he joined Drizzy's label, OVO Sound, and celebrated with the release of "Over The Top," a Drake-featuring single that later appeared on his November 2021 album, Buy Or Bye 2. Today, he's announced a deluxe edition of that album, out next Friday, March 25 via OVO, and shared its first new single, "Bill."

"Bill" is one of six previously unreleased tracks that will appear on Buy Or Bye 2 (Deluxe Edition), including the forthcoming "Grammy" (feat. 42 Dugg). It's a joyful cut about landing a dream job — in this case, joining the OVO roster — with Smiley's flamboyant delivery and exaggerated inflections elevating it above a simple flex. "Her head is so awesome (awesome) / I'm lit like a foursome (I'm lit!) / My job is so awesome (awesome) / My life is so awesome (hah)," he raps, clearly enjoying himself.
