YoungBoy Never Broke Again has been on a ridiculous creative tear in the latter half of 2022. Most fans would have been content to feast on his behemoth, 30-track, early August LP, The Last Slimeto. But he returned last month with the 15-song Realer 2 mixtape, and today (October 7), he’s back with yet another project, this one titled 3800 Degrees. With the new record’s 13 cuts clocking in at 34 minutes altogether, and counting his recent solo single “Feel Good” and August Quando Rondo collab “Give Me a Sign,” he’s now dropped a whopping 60 songs — about 160 minutes of music — over the last two months and change. At this point, he’s either working at an insane song-a-day clip or his vault is virtually bottomless.

3800 Degrees, announced Thursday on YouTube with the vindictive caption “To whom stabbed me in my back laughing like me being counted out funny- it’s all good,” features 10 solo tracks and three songs featuring guest appearances: from Mouse On Tha Track, Shy Glizzy, and Bay Area legend E-40. It’s far from Youngboy’s most impressive project to date, but it’s more proof (if we needed any) that he can toss out a better project in a month than most could make in a year. Listen below.
