Alvvays recruited the Stardew Valley creator for their “Many Mirrors” video

Alvvays have shared an animated video for their Blue Rev single "Many Mirrors." The video was created by video game developer Eric "Concerned Ape" Barone, best known for his work on RPG Stardew Valley. Check it out below.

In a statement, Barone says, “It's not every day I get an email from a cool band like Alvvays. When I learned they were fans of Stardew Valley, it felt like a real honor. The whole album is fantastic, but the song 'Many Mirrors' had a pure, adventurous energy to it that really resonated with me. I took that feeling, and used it to create a visual world in my mind's eye... and that's what ultimately turned into this video. I had a lot of fun making it, and I'm really happy to be able to contribute, in a small way, to the band's story!”

Blue Rev, Alvvays' third album, was released in October and features the singles "Pharmacist" and "Belinda Says." In addition to the new video, the band has also announced details of a European tour for 2023. Scroll down for more information.
