A third family has settled a lawsuit filed against Travis Scott after the Astroworld tragedy, Rolling Stone reports. The lawsuit also named Live Nation, and Scoremore, plus multiple security companies and other festival organizers.

The suit was reportedly dropped in February by the family of John Hilgert. The 14-year-old boy died after attending the November 2021 event at NRG Park in Houston that claimed the lives of 10 people and left thousands injured. Two other families settled similar lawsuits out of court in October 2022.

Last month, on the same day Scott released his new album UTOPIA, the Houston Police Department shared a 1,266-page report on the Astroworld tragedy. The report contained extensive summaries of interviews with Scott, Drake (who was a special guest at the show), Astroworld attendees, police officers, vendors, and other individuals who were involved in the planning and production of the festival. It also contained a detailed timeline of Scott’s set and the chaos within the audience and behind the scenes.

In June, a Texas grand jury ruled that Scott would not face criminal charges in the Astroworld tragedy.
